If you're looking for a little more kick than the essentials package, the advance package is a good place to start. This package is great for people who are self-starters, but also need the occasional accountability check-in.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 42 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to reschedule your session for a later date. Please note that your appointment will be automatically canceled if you are 15 minutes late.
